Suggestions for improvement
- Save money by firing 75% of the vice presidents (I'm sure there are more than the entire Boeing Co.). Get rid of the entire upper-level managment, who worship nothing other than what "The Street" thinks.
- Promote internally instead of the endless hiring of yet more vice presidents who have no real role.
What I like about the company
My management is remote and takes little active interest in how I do things. There may not be much of any support, but I'm not micro-managed.
