He who yells loudest keeps job, I filed 15 complaints about a co-worker physically assaulting me and I was written up for complaining.
OSHA and Health violations abound, when you show mgmt they yell at you and try to write you up. More than one guest got SICK!!
Suggestions for improvement
- If there are ANY complaints about or against employee, they are moved to another location (they have 8 in the airport) and mgmt needs to be rotated quartely or bi-annually.
- Hire diverse employees. I worked a week at another locaiton and was the minority and had difficulty with co-workers with them doing THEIR job, when I went to mgmt with issue was told "Deal with it."
What I like about the company
I was an employee, I looked elsewhere while working.
What I dislike about the company
SENORITY means nothing. I was there 8 months and a new person started who AFTER hiring stating he couldn't work sundays, I was told I would have to work them. I reminded them ON my application I stated I couldn't work sundays.
