Suggestions for improvement
- The people in the front office needs to communicate with the workers. We need more all employee meetings to keep us in the know. Less rumors happen that way. Listen to your workers, they might know more than you give them credit for.
What I like about the company
I liked getting nearly 2 weeks off in December over Christmas. I got 3 weeks vacation a year. We got a company picnic every year. The pay is decent for the area.
What I dislike about the company
Work to many hours and not enough time off. You end up calling in alot and use your points in order to get a day off. A person that has 17 years and a person that has 2 years, gets the same pay. A hard worker and a slacker gets paid the same.
