This is the cause of everything that is wrong with this company. Company is divided between 2 cultures and leadership is failing to address this issue.
Support from management
Lack of leadership - high level communication decent but nothing more. Information affecting non-management horrible.
teams are competitive and there is no unity
Freedom to work independently
too much micromanaging
high level communication is good but that is the only communication that exists
No development - people get stuck or promoted based on necessity not as a career progression
the company encourages it but not a priority - not part of culture
Inclusive / Diverse
What diversity? They employ diverse employees but that is the only box for diversity that they have checked. Male dominated, white dominated and cliquish.

the idea of the company is great - the following through is not.
