- New ownership is the only solution. All the company's flaws and problems come directly from the top.
I like about the employer
Unfortunately I can not recall one positive thing about this employer.
I dislike about the employer
Little to no communication. The owner values no ones professional opinion even at the most basic level. Cutting corners to save time and money is encouraged. Giving the customer a less than quality product and/or service is not a concern. False documentation of services occurred several times right before I resigned. Extremely low compensation with verbal promises of pay increases that never happen. On several occasions management simply just forgot to process payroll resulting in delay in pay by several days. Extremely high turn over rate. Ownership was extremely unprofessional, often verbally abusive and a complete lack of knowledge of daily operations and overall technical knowledge of services.
