All talk and not action--They do not back up what they promise
Support from management
There is only one way--The Boss and her husbands WAY or you will get fired like my friends.
Teamwork is good but can not trust management
Freedom to work independently
Yes but Boss likes to get you to do her husbands job--and you have to do it to keep yours
If you get called from a family--The Boss will not relay that information and give credit to her husband who is cheating on her
Keep your mouth shut and you will be fine
Attitude towards older colleagues
The former supervisor would make my friend cry all the time and never got call out for it-- My friend needs the job and has to put up with that attitude from the Boss. Not Good!
Overall compensation for your work
Pay is not fair unless you are related to the family
Office / Work Environment
Do you like to walk on eggs
They do not recycle the cardboard boxes and the only one that does collect cans is out because she needs a heart transplant and the Boss is going to fire her
Even though you are not on call -- Yo are asked to cover for the Bosses husband who is out busy cutting the lawn during working hours
It is slowly going down at one time we had 3 nurses to 75 patients
Oh No --As long as you give credit where it is not due you will be fine X will make sure of that
Try using a wheelchair in the rear of the buliding
Only done when state is coming
Very challenging but kick backs are done very discreetly to our medical directors and State knows about it-- They can be bought out too.

Love the unfairness and how nobody will united as a team to put an end to this.
