Money is the thing here
They got every one into team but people are fed up and watching everything they do. If your nose is brown you do okay.
Support from management
Lots of talk behind your back be careful what you say.
Unless your family and brown nose forget it.
Freedom to work independently
They talk about speak up about abuse but they are abusers cheating patients on supplies and visits and some get all the good work
Guys get paid more.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Lots of older people.
You train yourself and hope for the best.
Overall compensation for your work
It's fair but guys and family do better
Office / Work Environment
No privacy. Regional guy hit on a woman who left. Drag
Easy to get sick there. Absolutely hate the office. Too many attitudes.
Make my own schedule
Everybody's maneuvering for position with resent merger
It's a revolving door from what I've seen
A secretary has to freeze in the front office in the morning
I wouldn't count on things working.
It's a challenge to do the job with the type of place. I'll probably leave.
Inclusive / Diverse
brown nose and you'll do good
Suggestions for improvement
- They need managers you can trust not con artists all about the money.
What I like about the company
I needed a job so it does pay ok. I can do better.
What I dislike about the company
Too much lying by the managers. They tell patients they will get good care and cheat them on supplies and visits. That is a fact and everyone knows it. They are constantly being investigated by medicare too.
