Support from management

The office manager/supervisor was horrible. She is so rude, and unprofessional.

Teamwork

The other front desk receptionist were awesome. We worked together as a team and work was easier.

Gender Equality

I would not recommend this company to anyone, they do not treat everyone equally. The owner and his wife are very nice but the supervisor is not.

Attitude towards older colleagues

There was a lady who was a bit older than the other medical assistants and she was hired but the manager definitely treated her differently than the younger nurses there. Of course she was new and training and the manager would call her mean names.

Office / Work Environment

All in all the facility is very clean and up-to-date.

Suggestions for improvement

  • GET A NEW MANAGER PLEASE!

What I like about the company

The clinic inside is always clean and the staff works together to make the patients happy and to get them into their appointment and time.

What I dislike about the company

The only issue here is the manager/supervisor. She is so rude, and unprofessional.
