There is not a lot of praise given outside of annual performance review. When employees are told they are being successful you will create a more positive and happier employee.
Support from Management
Employees are the last to know about a change. Leadership makes decisions with very little employee input. Employees don't feel that they have a voice.
Most employees work well together from same discipline. When multidisciplinary roles are involved the pecking order of the totem pole can become evident.
