Suggestions for improvement
- Employee career planning, mentoring and advancement opportunities. More realistic and fair workloads. Better availability of managers. Limit having so many management meetings. Often times, my manager is scheduled day after day in all day meetings. This is crazy! mgrs. need to be available and approachable by their subordinates.
What I like about the company
Love the mission. Great people, flexible work hours within limits, above average health/dental benefits
What I dislike about the company
High stress filled environment with unrealistic, heavy work loads. No employee development, higher positions often filled by outsiders when great internal candidates exist or can be mentored into the jobs.
