Support from Management
No real direction. Just find a way to get it done. Don't work here if you are older. More supportive of college age or ex military employees. Like developing Jr management and then moving them to other sites. Pay is average and they like to over work without overtime pay.
Suggestions for improvement
- Bring back the small town, one family culture.

Taking care of the customers.
I dislike about the employer
Here today & gone tomorrow managers. They really didn't care. They just wanted to rise to the next level.
