I like about the employer
Group activities and customer service week are quite fun.
I dislike about the employer
Management was never on the same page. Its close to Impossible to receive a consistent agreeable answer from more than one person in charge. Everyone had a different answer of how a task should have been completed. Sales reps want you to literally do their job but will take all the praise and credit for completing a job well done. Salary based employees are forced to work hours and days unpaid and without any type of compensation to make up for the dedicated time. Going to lunch you literally need to turn off your phone and leave the building if you want to actually have your full lunch break without interruption from management needing assistance with anything. Its nothing but a lot of sucking up, backstabbing, two faced and misguided managing at Cintas. Everyone in the company needs a lesson and retraining in customer service and management. Its the Blind leading the Blind and everyone is walking into walls
