What employees say

Employees like

Nothing i can withdrawal $ 4 free ATM BBVA COMPASS that's about it.
Treat everyone with respect. Training until you know what you are doing and get it right. Breaks given on time and work with you in an emergency situation so you don't lose your job if ill or other circumstances come up. Employees all treated the same. No treating anyone of different race any differently.
I like this company because the employees try to help each other whenever possible and there is a great opportunity for advancement in your career within the company.
They help and work with me on certain aspects of my job because of a medical condition that I have. They have been very supportive and understanding.
I did enjoy working with the people I work with that work and are a great bunch of people

Employees don't like

Market managers too controlling, empty promises, think they are never wrong
Upper management,Gossip,No consistency, covers for bad management
Having to work holidays was kinda rough when you have a family and small children at home. Also having to always suggestive sell to everyone, even your regular customers that you know dont want or need the items or that have already donated to whatever charity program that we currently had was kinda of a pain because you never knew if someone in line was a secret shopper and you could be getting evaluated for your performance.
management not taking care of problems with employees not doing what is required of them and not taking care of any other issues.
That there pay scale is barely above minimum wage. Just about all the regular employees are on some form of government assistance.

30 cents raise free soda not really compensation worked every holiday alone.
1
Could increase how often we get a raise
2
ABSOLUTELY NO COMPENSATION.
This company expects you to take on a boat load more duties at the same rate of pay or for an lousy. This company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO HIRING WAGES. I had been with this company for well over a year busting my butt working as a Lead CSR for this store only to find out that my manager hired a inexperienced women that I had to trained for weeks only to find out ...
1
No it is not. You are required to be able to work all hours of the day, any day of the year for 50 hours a week. The workload is unfair since you are doing the job of essentially 3 people but the reflects that of one. In addition the work life balance makes it where you always have the looming thought of why do I keep doing this job. The answer to that is you are passionate about work ...
1
Bonus is considered a controllable expense by company. Goals are often unattainable so payouts are small as compared to others in industry.
