Suggestions for improvement

  • Fire people that call in an hour before their shift every week; get a manager on 2nd shift so you can see the volume of customers I have and realize how I have to use discretion with ID's or I'd be there all night.

What I dislike about the company

Unequal deliverance of policy when it comes to tardiness and missing days; I'm the only one that hasn't called in and they can me two weeks after this man gives us a paper about selling to minors. Supposedly I sold some Mark Ten cartridges (not even tobacco) to a minor, but he didn't fine me and said it was a warning; somehow I get a call on my day off and am terminated.

Support from Management

After being away from the company for a year I have realized my potential in myself. My boss showed me pretty much everything there was to running a store. And it was perfect because she had to take a leave of absence due to her father passing. While she was gone I ran the store alone for 2 weeks. And everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I was impressed with how easy it was to get into contact with my Market manager to fix the problems I was having. the help desk was my go to people for the questions I needed at the time. they were always very knowledgeable and precise about what I needed to do.

Teamwork

We had a good team at the time, your going to have all different kinds of attitudes, but me and my boss had a good interaction between the employees.
