Manager allowed inept employees to not do their work and make other employees take up their slack.
It wasn't inequality against women, it was favoritism with the manager's friends.
Overall Compensation for your work
The pay needs to be increased for the work that is required. Pay was always on time.
Write ups were often and unfair.
