- Listen, listen, listen and understand emerging trends for the industry and for employees
The ability to have flexible hours and work remotely when needed.
Average for friendliness but management at all levels is closed to any new ideas or improvements
Cisco communications are strictly a 1-way street: top down only
Wow, everybody and I mean EVERYBODY over 50 who isn't a VP gets canned. We lost so many great, experienced people, it's ridiculous
Cisco pays at the low end of the industry average plus there are ZERO yearly raises for rank & file (gotta get a promotion for a raise) and the yearly bonuses are parsimonious and calculated via a magical black box
