Support from Management
Goals and targets are vague and have no support from management. Timelines are random and driven by whim and fear.
"Good 'ol boy" network of the old guard. You can't advance unless you are in the club.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train your management and staff. Quit being so cheap about everything and I dint man frugal, I mean cheap.
I like about the employer
The paychecks clear on time every time.
