I had a female manager and an Assistant manager , both go in different directions. Manager will say go right AM will day go left. It was a lack of communication. Am was more controlling. She would even yell at the banker. One I complained to the manager. Her excuse was she is Asian, that's how they talk. Don't take it seriously. Manager was white, making comments for Chinese AM. Instead of coaching her AM she told me to get use to it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Need to motivate team. More community support . Motivate managers to move up or transfers to other dept so new generation gets management position. Means giving chance to young people for management.
