Suggestions for improvement
- Take care of the employees that have been faithful and served the company with excellence. Meritocracy non-sense with the annual rating is broken, ratings have little to do with what the employee accomplish thru the year and more with the statistical distribution of how many people can be rated a certain designation. Change the complete compensation structure to move every employee to salary, reward those with compensatory incentive that accomplish results that achieve, directly contribute the billion dollars in annual revenue the company generates, not just the executive leadership enjoying multimillion dollar incentive, comp packages.
