Suggestions for improvement
- If Citi wants to continue using the existing performance rating system then rate people on the accomplishments on the written and agreed upon goals. Many people have been downgraded for things not listed in the goals.

What I dislike about the company
Citi has become a what have you done for me lately company. I've seen a person lauded as a Chairman's Leadership Award winner one year and let go the next for poor performance. Citi uses an antiquated performance rating system where only a certain percentage of people can get a good rating. Some good people are given forced bad ratings even if all goals are met and/or exceeded. Forced many age 45+ employees out by simply giving them bad performance ratings with no raise and bonus.
