Suggestions for improvement
- Maybe a different dept
Silo blame someone else mentality
Command and rule approach to. Management. Unclear and conflicting direction
Little sharing of information. Very much everyone for themself culture
No task driven culture
Managers did not clearly communicate objectives or provide feedback
Older employees accepted well as long as you are a long term Citi Employee
Not a positive environment ... Theory X oriented mgt.
Citi did not fare well in the recession, as a result some employees did not see a true increase in salary for 4-6 years.
