Clearly defined expectations and showed department averages to prove possibility. Changed them multiple times when the averages showed them unreasonable.
No incentive to "rat out" your coworkers, general theory was "fix it if you see it" and shared blame when a mistake "leaves the building."
Level of Autonomy
Team projects were solely voluntary. if you wanted to do your share start to finish? okay. Rather split tasks inside a process with a coworker? That's okay too.
