The management is bad at pushing off questions and concerns to others which causes delays in servicing the clients with the excellence that they expect
The teamwork is good amongst the agents alomost by force because the support casts for the departments tend to not want to assist and consistently give pushback unless you tell them you will submit feedback if they wont do what they are designed to do which is assist.
