it is a very chaotic company to work for especially in this branch , a lot of traffic and clients , but always short staff , they make you do the job of 4 employees but don't give you any raise or even overtime , they schedule you in a way u don't get overtime but take every single day of your week and u have no day off for you . The company hits your incentives and bonus by customer surveys ! and there is always one employee in the branch who didn't get perfect score from the customers , so the whole branch pays for it and no one gets the bonus !!!!!!!!!
Suggestions for improvement
- they need to appreciate the staff not just talking about it , actually providing it in action by giving them raise or at least less load of work by having enough staff not laying off people so that they make more profit and put the load of work on the remaining staff and not giving them any raise.
