Suggestions for improvement
- Take note of the managers who are always being investigated and do something about it. When you only go through the motions of investigation & no changes happen, the employee feels helpless and no incentive to perform. Also know your labor laws bc I myself could have taken a legal route at least 3x but getting out of this cesspool is more my focus.
What I like about the company
It’s a job with good benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Unprofessional dress attire from management down to employees (leggings, unnatural brightly colored hair), maintain a level of conversations about other employees in a private office, Allow older folks to work there until time to retire instead of pushing them out right beforehand. Have stable platforms to work on instead of soaking your proprietary (Sawgrass) software in trying to make it work. Don’t misrepresent changes making employees feeling blindsided. If an employee works hard, they should never have to be in a clique to be appreciated and not have quality scores taken away bc a manager does not like you (scores are at “managers discretion). or constantly recognized by customers and does not abuse breaks, time off and And lastly, when an employee is made to work on a major holiday, don’t give them subs, 2 slices of pizza or a cold meal. We give up family time for this company & it appears as a smack in the face.
