Suggestions for improvement
- Senior management team has been in their positions way too long. I would change them all out....including the C.O.B. The current President does not set a good example for his staff, he cuts down other banks and bankers in staff meetings. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
What I like about the company
There was nothing I liked about working for Citizens Bank and Trust.
What I dislike about the company
Unrealistic expectations, total disconnection between branches, total lack of communication from Management, too many days with lack of staff to operate fully functional which means no lunch break, they have staff work by themselves on Saturday. Their products aren't competitive, stuck in the past, not keeping up with technology.
