Expectations are always high in the corporate world, however, my leader/manager's expectation were unrealistic. This company has a very a turnover rate. A turnover rate that an HR recruiter can have over 75 open position requisitions to fill in any given day. That being said performance expectation should be more flexible.
My team work really well but that was good hiring decisions. However, outside the branch each department operated and in silos and when customer complaints or problems arose it was hard to find timely and reasonable solutions for my customers.
