- Change the management staff or send them to cultural diversity classes and humanitarian classes.

What I dislike about the company
Senior managers do not care about their staff, hard to get a lunch break as a manager, working extra hours with no compensation, back biting from other staff and managers if they do not like you and they try to discredit your work, no assistance from senior managers, working with minimal staff some times 2 when the office is to have 5 staff so you have to work all day from 9-7pm.
