There is so much pressure on people to refer customers to fc partners that other branch partners are not focused on and most of the time left out of the loop.

This is the main reason I am looking to leave. The incentive plan is not one that is beneficial to the employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make all branch partners a cohesive unit and structure the incentive plan so that people are incentivized to work together rather than separately.
