mangers and leads are amazing. VP's only care about money and not people "even the customers"
Per teams are great. Per groups as a hole don't work very well
No one ever knows what is going on from day to day on anything till a customer calls in upset
Never had the computers to reimage anything
they out source every job

- Stick with what you know how to do. keep the people that fix issues.
