Suggestions for improvement
- The manager needs to change her condescending micro-managing style. The owner of the pratice needs to realize that he is grossly underpaying qualified people and the only reason they stay is because they are made to feel small and that they might not find better jobs.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
This practice hires foreign medical grads and take advantage of them. The pay is poor. The management berates and patronizes employees. They give "american sounding names" to the medical assistants because their foreign names are too difficult to pronounce or too strange sounding. I have never in my life come across people so narrow minded. Thee are supposedly educated people. The training is terrible. They've created such a nasty environment, that people are reluctant to help each other.
