Suggestions for improvement
- Managers should be given a base salary, supplemented by commissions; therefore, there is less need to sale and more room to work on customer issues and employee development.
What I like about the company
They pay based on performance and hard work.
What I dislike about the company
Managers are also salesmen, thus competition is high in the company....too high when management is also competing against other sales associates.
