Management walks around with audits and rarely helps out.
No one goes the extra mile to help out another co worker or department.

Every task is micromanaged. No praise or recognition.
Information as to the "why" is not shared below the dept manager level.
Equal mix of gender in the store. The new store manager seems to be replacing female management with male.
