The salary is fair. New employees should be reviewed after three months for possible salary adjustments. My starting salary was commensurate with my experience and I should have been reviewed for a possible salary upgrade after three months of proving myself- especially since I missed the cutoff for the yearly review. The benefits are competitive.
CityMD is very corporate. Their technology is up to date (scanners, telephone headsets etc). This is a great place to work if you are used to updated technology.
