Suggestions for improvement
- fire or vigorously retrain the lower management so they are accountable and cannot simply lie to the upper management about their true activities.
I like about the employer
Most of the employees are hard working and serve the citizens with integrity and purpose
I dislike about the employer
The sub-management is corrupt, bigoted and self serving. There are no opportunities for advancement, recognition or compensation unless you are part of the lower managements inner circle.
