Most of the management does not recognise the efforts of the employees.
The company has also has climate where the employees are afraid to say their opinions in fear of being disiplined.
Support from management
The management does not listen to the company or the employees.
The group's can be dysfunctional. When teamwork is needed, they can work very well around the management.
Freedom to work independently
The staffing levels are lopsided. Areas that need more workers don't get them when areas that have an abundance of workers seem to get more.
There is no communication from the management.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The company would rather get rid of the older workers for younger less experienced ones at a lower salary.
Office / Work Environment
Equipment is good. The technology seems to change with the direction of the management.
It could be better. They expect exempt workers to be available all the time with no warning.
The work produced is marginal. It is a matter of slapping it in as fast as possible for the lowest cost.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the bad management and hire capable managers.

It was a good place to work years ago.

Management does not care.
