Suggestions for improvement
- Ways of promoting and just the management in general.
No recognition program, incentives or tenure awards.
It was a dog eat dog world. No training manual or guidance.
Lots of gossiping and people trying to keep others down. Good people left and the unproductive troublemakers remained.
Workload was somewhat balanced unless the supervisor didnt like you then you got stuck in the information desk or in the courtroom
