Suggestions for improvement
- Provide up-to-date technology training and career-building educational workshops for staff. Allow internal staff with advanced knowledge to be promoted and/or developed. Discipline staff whose repetitive actions need to be corrected.
What I like about the company
High level of trust and flexibility with their staff.
What I dislike about the company
Upward career mobility for internal staff very limited.
