Suggestions for improvement
- Leadership with the health and well-being of the organization and employees at heart. Better pay. Reasonable hiring practices.
What I like about the company
The City of Ferguson has exceptional employees and community support. The pay is better than smaller locations.
What I dislike about the company
In an attempt to become more diverse, job openings are being left open to seek minority candidates, creating a safety risk to those currently employed. Also, promotions are being handled equally as discriminatory.
