Poor salary, no compensation for working extra hours (hourly employees)
There is a recycling program. The place needs an extreme overhaul and the employees are constantly ill (no regular cleaning, dust/dirt and years of stacked materials, etc.,)

- Administration training. Clear & concise policies/procedures from the work to the HR policies rules/regulations.

Being a City Employee, working for the City in which you live.

Employees are over worked and under appreciated. Poor company moral! Negative environment. Inexperienced supervisors
