- City of Operations Services Department15.Jan 2016
Yes, but upper management is oblivious to the realities of things that happen beneath their immediate level.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire a real "honest to goodness" Director of Operation Services that knows more about Facilities & Construction Management than a flea.
What I like about the company
With current management there is not much to like in operations. It would be good if upper managers had adequate education and were actually trained in the subject they represented. There are some major fairness issues with regard to employees in the group. Favoritism is highly recognizable by all. However, adequate office space and technological equipment is provided for employees to do the job.
