Employees were very disgruntled
Support from management
Management would leave you hanging
They tried to do this but there were underlying problems that needed to be resolved from management.
Freedom to work independently
THey trust employees too much, so they had employees wasting alot of time.
Not enough communication
We had a good ratio of men to women

Sometimes too fairly when they couldn't do the work anymore

Suggestions for improvement
- I would fire upper management and hire new people and then I would go through the department heads and re-train or let them go.I would have more respect and freedom to work for all employees as long as the job was being done efficiently and effectively. We would reward employees that did well with raises and bonuses.
What I like about the company
They supply plenty of training and good benefits and they give you the freedom to do the job that way you see fit as long as it was right.
What I dislike about the company
They don't stand behind their lead personnel, and theres no accountability.
