Suggestions for improvement
- There is a lack of trust with employees and directors/CMO. Investing in the employees would go a long way: training and development, succession planning, employee recognition, complimentary fitness center memberships to encourage overall wellness... just a few suggestions.
What I like about the company
The City of Frisco has a family feel. I enjoy the team I work with. The benefits are great and they have a robust wellness program.
What I dislike about the company
There is no succession planning in place and they are behind on the training and development offered to employees. Their employee recognition program is also lacking.
