There is a lot of politics and people making demands outside of their authority. Expectations that can never be fulfilled. People hired because of relatives. Unjust / unequal opportunities. Lack of performing company policies with employees.
Support from management
Majority of the time management was very pliable.
The leadership seem to work well with each other in manipulating individuals on a lower hierarchy.
Freedom to work independently
Many positions depend upon the ability to work independently.
This ranges from very good to poor. Depending upon the connections between positions and personnel. Many communications are outside the realm of individuals authority and shouldn't even be transferred.
There seemed to be a good diversity in sexes of most departments.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Most older seemed to be expected to perform physical duties that the younger were more capable of doing physically.
It is excellent for certain individuals. It is extremely poor for most.
Overall compensation for your work
I was performing duties beneath my ability. They had no concern to match my skills with wages.
Office / Work Environment
This could be excellent to very poor depending upon the statues, position, and desires of individuals.
There seems to be confusion on what an image is. It is more than clothing.
I was terminated because of the leaderships inability to abide by Federal Regulations.
Excellent skills in working with handicapped situations.
Safety is a high concern for most of the leadership. But not everyone.
Challenging work is not always a good thing.
Inclusive / Diverse
There is a lot of different cultures, languages, races, beliefs, etc.
