Depends on the supervisor, some departments are horrible to work for but others are fine.
Suggestions for improvement
- There is a good ol' boys system in management. They do not treat the employees like they are people. There needs to be more transparency with upper levels of management.
What I like about the company
Being able to help people in the community.
What I dislike about the company
Upper and middle management do not have any leadership or people skills. A mandatory, regular, ongoing leadership training program would be very beneficial for all employees in a leadership role.
