Suggestions for improvement
- I’d convert a lot of paperwork to be done and saved on the computer, eliminating unnecessary waste. I’d pay employees living wages with benefits because I know it would keep my employee retention rates high. I’d praise employees for good work because I know the encouragement helps and makes the employee feel helpful & respected and could likely produce better work results
What I like about the company
My coworkers are great, and so are my supervisors. I can sit in a comfortable chair and the atmosphere is not strained or anxiety-inducing. I’m free to work as I please at my own pace, which personally is the best way I work.
What I dislike about the company
Too much paper use. Other environments resources are also abused and in 2018 it is very avoidable.
The pay is also not living wage. I struggle at $12.50/hour. With a bachelors degree and experience, I should make more. Low wages are leading me to look elsewhere.
