Department Heads, are known to give praise to employees that perform above and beyond their job description.
Support from management
The many current changes have been a challenge for existing employees. For example, a new city administrator brings about new policies and procedures. Change is good, but in moderation.
Colleagues work well together, when it doesn't present a challenge to city administrator.
Freedom to work independently
A new work order system has been incorporated. Great system.
Transparency was to be implemented, unfortunately, if you are not a member of executive staff, you will not know why things happen as they do.
Yes, we have no prejudice towards anyone.

Employees are given an opportunity to advance by their department heads.

Overall compensation for your work
Many departments are compensated adequately, but their are still a few that are not compensated according to average wages in regards to their duties.
The due diligence of the veteran employees, has influenced management to address all issues.
The employees accrue sick leave, vacation and the overtime is distributed equally by the department heads.
The moral is stagnate, only because the employees are in the dark and do not advocate for themselves.
With the new city administrator, things have been a bit shaky.
Yes. We have restructured the accessibility to accommodate everyone.
Yes. We have implemented a great safety training system.
Yes, because we work for the community and making their infrastructure safe is rewarding.
