Commendations are given for good work but not monetarily. There is not an atmosphere of fairness or trust.
Support from management
Unrealistic expectations of employees. Employees are involved with decision making when it 'suits' supervisors.
Freedom to work independently
There is no standard across the board of how employees work. If you are a strong worker then more is expected of you over someone who chooses not do pull their weight.
Image does not reflect the reality of what goes on inside the building or "behind the scenes"
Inclusive / Diverse
Opinions are asked to be shared from employees but when this is done the ideas are shot down and the cycle continues with supervisor decisions who do not work the floor so do not have the experience/knowledge to make changes but think they have better ideas.
Suggestions for improvement
- Educate supervisory team on company changes/process. Employees need to be held accountable for mistakes made instead of 'sweeping under the rug'.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
