Commendations are given for good work but not monetarily. There is not an atmosphere of fairness or trust.
Support from management
Unrealistic expectations of employees. Employees are involved with decision making when it 'suits' supervisors.
Freedom to work independently
There is no standard across the board of how employees work. If you are a strong worker then more is expected of you over someone who chooses not do pull their weight.
