Wow, what can I say. Your manager is the employee next to you who's been there for 30 years. No experience, has zero desire to help improve anything or anyone. They are always late, could care less about self-improvement or improving their employees. They are only in their positions because of time in with the organization.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire everyone and hire energetic life loving people who actually deserve work!
