Suggestions for improvement
- The culture definitely needs improvement. Many administrative employees are nice enough; but the higher tiered need to remember where they came from. Form follows function.
What I like about the company
No jobs are really difficult and they offer great benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Arrogance of the administration; very condescending management. Unethical, calculating and dishonest. Purposeful lack of communication. Sneaky. Public image trumps any efforts toward integrity.
